This is Ginger's (Shan JIANG) blog. I can see that this will be a pleasant experience to work with you all in the lab and I am looking for much more fun from the class. Here is one picture of me doing experiment in the lab.
I hope I can learn the morphology of the common fungi and the method of how to identify the phylum of one particular fungus. Also, I am so so interested in the process of making beer! Can not wait any more!!
